Ignaz Semelize's Hands Are Limousines for Pathogens
In 1847, Ignaz Semelize taught us that our hands are limousines for pathogens. The virus that causes COVID-19, this coronavirus, it's got a membrane around it. It's kind of oily and it breaks up in soap. Washing hands then becomes a kind of an act of war. Next time you wash your hands, think about that.
