How to Be Curious and Open in a Conversation
When we go into conflict, we're almost guaranteed there's some kind of emotion that's going to come. So i wanted to give everybody a little technique that i give my clients quite a bit,. cause i work with a lot of people who deal with conflict. And it's called rain and so this is a practice that we use to actually explore what is happening in our bodies in the moment of a difficult emotion. Rain stands for its four letters, recognize, allow, investigate and non identification.
