The Role of Role in Customer Experience

The customer experience is not just when the deal is closed and it's not just for someone who is in customer success or customer experience. You have to come into the sales cycle and be like, how can I make this a great experience for the buyer that it's very smooth? The buying process should be made simple, not complicated. Most webinars are boring and they suck. It's just period. Like they're just awful. And again, the big piece of that is everyone's very focused on just the content. Now the content itself doesn't really need to go right away but with culture ethos you get an emotional connection.
