Russia Is Not Falling Prey to the Neo-Cons

Russia started out at 85 in February 2022 right before the invasion and then it's now 75. So Russia is definitely not falling prey to the neo you know the neo-con plan is to just drain them over the long term. I would say the neo-cons are losing. Yeah big time. Right.
