How to Get Rid of Carbohydrates in Your Diet

The GLP philosophy is based on a permit at the foundation of the permit are three very easy or very easy to understand difficult to do concepts. The first one is get rid of carbohydrates in your diet and replace them primarily with fat, preferably animal fat, but with fat and protein that comes along for the ride. Second concept is getting rid of snacks because a snack is always, always, always an emotional event. It is never a nutrition event. Third component is to build up a healthy effective diverse emotion management system which involves creative arts, physical activity, spirituality meditation. And once you do those three things from a mental health and a biologically health perspective, you're going to be the healthiest
