At least one a week of high intensity interval trainings, because we're trying to be the best that we can possibly be in 20 22. A stationary bike or a recumbent like now, this is a inclusive on ramp for pretty much everybody. You don't have a lot of mechanical parts that can go around all willy nilly. The rest is really valuable, because it enables this cascade to get started and ou your metabolism start making some changes. So sometimes i have done some where i shorten the rest time.
