How to Find a Commercial Tenant
The first two properties that you talked about one was ice cream shop on the bottom apartments above. You didn't have any commercial experience prior to this did you? I read a book. Lucky bad mouth realtor's but I signed a contract with a realtor and I got into it. He took two pictures or put into the ice cream shop and I asked him like literally located three blocks from the bill.
