The Importance of Property Rights on the Moon
The first person to become wealthy off property rights on the moon, it would be like Levi Strauss in the American West selling blue jeans and the what not to miners. I could guarantee you the first thing that's going to happen is people who are poor are going to say this is stupid. Somebody's offering me 20 bucks for my plot of land on the moon. Absolutely, I'll sell it. And so you'll get a concentration of land in the hands of some money people. It's not my stab at egalitarianism, but it's an interesting side effect.
