How to Personalize a Query Letter

I love what you've said about the personalization in terms of how you framed it for the author's goals, because I have seen a lot of writers on Twitter who are very frustrated. They feel like they spend hours researching each agent, personalizing the query letter, sending it out, and then they get a form rejection. So I think from that perspective, it can be really helpful. And I don't think it should be like, I hope that people don't take it on as like a massive burden. The research that you've done is probably more than enough than you need to do, honestly.
