Before practising yoga, i ate pretty good and drank a little too much. I think that this is where we go wrong with anxiety. You could be mildly dehydrated. If you're not drinking a ton of water as you're consuming,. whichever form of alcohol, you could be dehydrated, which would lead to anxiety as well.
