There's definitely an accountability gap right because the AI can say I'm just an AI and the coders can say look we don't actually know what this AI is doing. And you have this absurd conversation about whether there was actual malice on the part of the AI when it said that you know X and Y sexually assaulted a student or whatever. So those problems are going to get worse and I'm just trying to flag them as an interest in legal academic. If Lewis Brandeis were here he'd say two or three things.
