Isn't That a Great Tip?

It forces you to mentally check facts, check every time you say that. I think this is really hard in organizationso that we work on the same set of problems and we become domain experts. If we can literally walk in the customer's shoes in some manner, and experience the probe with them once again, that might give us some fresh eyes on it for sure.
