The Importance of Beyond User Research

We are still very chauvinistic and siloed in our thinking about user research. There's a lot of complimentary work that is going on, but we're not putting that work together. If you don't take that evidence and put it together and get different people to look at it together, this is what you've learned and get to true insight.
