We have to our brain is wired to be able to we look, we want to have being good social standing with those around us. And that's just something our brain needs. So trust is really the brains in group versus out group that I mentioned earlier. How much do you need that? Or are you comfortable with some ambiguity in the people you're dealing with,. The why addresses the possible causes for that. You know, how do we reflect on our behaviors and our actions? Reflect on that brain need for autonomy. Is it serving me well? Is it causing issues? This is how we use the model in talking about biases and self reflection.
