The Abject Evil and the Objection That Comes With It
Patience, meekness, simplicity and even humility itself are virtues that worldly people consider contemptible and abject. To love this is to love our objection. We may find ourselves guilty of certain foolish deeds, incivilities, and inadvertent acts which we should avoid for the sake of civility and discretion. If I am guilty of some fault that is given no one offense, I will make no apology for it. For although it is a fault, it is not one which affects others.
