Ethereum's Protocol Funding Guild
The protocol guild maintains an on chain registry of the membership in a smart contract. And this allows the ecosystem to directly fund the membership, their work and what we would consider public goods. We're trying to work on soliciting donations to this mechanism, which donations are vested over one year for the pilot. There's a couple of different things we wanna do with why we think this is important,. Why we believe that community funding of Core Devs is crucial and why we're focusing on tokens.
