What Does It Mean to Be Influential?
An MBA kind of sets you up to be like in these leadership roles, sea level roles and things like that. I think being able to really break down what makes someone influential versus not was really helpful. There are certain like executive presence traits that are more closely associated with men than women. Like obviously there's a lot of effort that goes into it, but it makes a lot of sense that there's like classes that teach things like this,.
