Benoît: I grew up in family with a really brutal stepfather, very physically andand emotionally abusive to the tenth degree. And so am i have this. He programmed into me a sense of dread. Once something gets programmed into your emotional memory, it's probably there for the duration. What you can do is weaken it so you get the choice. That's what postdramatic stress is. Well, that's happening in us all the time. It doesn't have to be pretend that it's good news. You just notice it in yourselfy. The first thought i have most every morning i wake up, is, al got another day. To hell with those
