The Ability to Hack Human Beings

The ability to hack human beings means being able to understand humans better than they understand themselves. This can be done either with invasive technologies, like electrodes implanted inside your body, but more and more with external devices that measure biometric points of of information. The future is about going under your skin and looking directly at what is happening in your heart, in your brain, which parts of your brain are activated now. It could go in the direction of full blown ttolitalian regimes like north korea, forcing every citizen in say, ten years or 20 years, to wear a biometric bracelet.
