When you get a bad feeling about something, humans are very intuitive. If you have a bad feeling, don't go with it. Go with what you feel is going to work. And the more you do it, it becomes a habit. I can tell you there's no way that I'm like, I know that I physically do them and I have these mental checklists in my head, but I'm not like, okay, stop. Same type of thing.
