Connect and or Organize Your Notes

The next phase is connect and or organize your notes. One of the things I think that is lost on a lot of people is how powerful it can be when new ideas captured say today effortlessly connect with ideas you've already captured in your note taking system. Sometimes this can be managed with things like tags. Now organization can also include folders and I'm not averse to those though I shun hierarchies for the most part.
