One of the things around that people struggle with is mistakes or it's like live fire, right? Those mistakes maybe do have consequences. But again, I don't know how you progress without making them. And so how would that change to someone who's a leader or a new leader and just struggling? Is it the same thing you'd say, I mean, to let go?

Dr. Robert Brooks is a leading expert on resilience. He is a Doctor of Psychology, serves on the faculty of Harvard Medical School, and has authored or co-authored over 19 books. During the past 40 years, Dr. Brooks has also lectured nationally and internationally to thousands of parents, educators, mental health professionals, and business leaders on topics pertaining to motivation, resilience, family relationships, the qualities of effective leaders and executives, and balancing our personal and professional lives.
