The giant left the broken form of death by the stone at the cross roads. Death was starting to get worried, soon people would find out that the rules of death didn't apply to them. He had to get back on his feet. That was when he heard the song. It was a whistle far off, the sound of a young man walking his way through the forest. The kid rushed over, and, dribbling some water into death's mouth and producing a lump of bread and cheese from his pack, he helped the stranger.
