Endometriosis - Is GNRH a Good Treatment?

Some endometriosis treatments that include antagonists of GNRH so basically shutting down the pituitary inducing a secondary hypogonism. There's a lot of health risks but most of them are association with obesity metabolic syndrome cardiovascular disease infertility even congenital birth defects. It doesn't seem to be the androgens that are driving the insulin insensitivity, it can certainly drive more androgen production correct.
