Fear is a natural human emotion. We want to be able to keep fear at the right size so we don't let it take up all the space at the table. So i think e an objective of having being able to create enough space where you don't have fear, whereyou have mental freedom, is a brilliant objective. But not only do we not want to be fearless, it's not possible. Yo, it's natural. It is natural. And i think we really need to unpack that to day, because i com as thinking about this. I went for a walk this morning, and i was thinking, like, fear can be helpful, but also be unhelpful...
