How to Use Helpskout to Grant Access to WordPress Sites

The only way that our grant access screen is visible is if you have the ability to create users. We don't want people who don't have that capability to be doing this because you're creating a user in the back end. And then also flagging site admins if a role needs to be escalated so that some lowly contributor can't accidentally grant too much access to a site. I think there is a really high usage of Helpskout in the WordPress plugin community. It's a help desk where it's kind of like your email inbox, but it has triage tools and auto responders and saved replies.
