How to Grow Your Career as a PM
It's important to have honest manager conversations and advocate for yourself. You should be direct with your manager and tell them what you want like I want to get promoted in the next year that's a totally fine expectation to raise. The last section I wanted to talk about is up leveling yourself. This is really important and an up loving up leveling yourself not just with the work you do, but there's other things that really help in growing your career. One thing is mentorship. It's one of the most useful tools in your career regardless of your PM or not.
