Is That Really the Worst Way to Make Decisions?
One of the big offenders here for like the constant need for more meetings, for more interrupts is around making big decisions. I think just as a best practice, really writing down the decision first and then having a discussion about it. You cannot see other people's comments until you yourself have given your feedback. And so if you've done that, if you've collected opinions sort of without the group think, then you can sort of assess where are the differences of opinions?
