Trump's Fake Elector Scheme

Jen Psaki: Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team have been steaming along in their new federal prosecution, a former President Donald Trump. They're also apparently steamed along in their ongoing investigation of Trump, particularly related to the fake elector scheme that stretched across seven different states. She says there are already felony state charges pending against Trump's fake electors in Michigan. Are any fake electors potentially looking at charges at the federal level?
