Financial Planning Is Dynamic

I review every single plan with all of our planners. Sometimes we do group case work calls if I'm bringing a new planner in. And then they have the strategy session and I call it a strategy session because my idea is that financial planning is dynamic. It's not actually a one and done thing. We give them we like to get the data about three weeks before the meeting. That gives us enough time to put together the plan, do a case work review.
