Why Do You Prefer EAA's Over BCAA?

If you're eating high protein, you're probably not overeating or doing weird other things. So I think as a principle in general, that is very helpful. The problem with BCAA's is they do not contain all of the amino acids that muscle tissue contains. Tyrosine like we discussed, it is a precursor to epinephrine, nor epinephrine and dopamine. It's not found in BCAA's. How about glutamine? Glutamine actually helps you absorb and transport and absorb electrolytes faster than they would have otherwise been.
