I Think It's a Good Idea to Start to Let This Hurt Yes, Us as Women

This episode is an intimate conversation with my amazing wife Alysse Doty.  She boldly and courageously shares her experience with sexual abuse, assault and rape, and how it has affected her life up until this day.  

Men, we have an opportunity right now to slow down, be quiet, and listen to the pain of women who are sharing.  We have an opportunity to sit with that pain and that discomfort all the way, and let it impact us.  We can start online by reading women's stories, and we can speak with candor and vulnerability to those we love, those we've hurt, and those we want to protect.  We can take responsibility and we can work for change, but first of all it starts with feeling the impact of whats real.
