How to Warm Up for Jujitsu Training
If you have been sitting down all day, your body will be stiff and tight in certain ways. Jujitsu warmups do not typically solve the problem of shoulders being forward or hip flexes being tight. We're looking at something that's going to help us loosen up the upper body and just in an active way. The hips are so important. If they aren't moving well, it's going to suck at jujitsu. It doesn't matter if you're playing guard or passing, we've got to be able to do a squat.
