I think the responsibility should be somehow part of data science computer science so if you are working with data should kind of deal with this technology in a responsible way. Explainability is important not only because end users that use this technology want to understand how a decision is made whether for example they are discriminated or how can they change a decision. I mean we make so many decisions during this data science machine learning pipeline from both data and pre-processes. We don't really question things that we do on a daily basis and maybe this is also a cause of problems right I think this is also important yeah there.
