Is China Winding Down Its SPR Releases?
We get nine weeks in a row of big inventory builds, not drawdowns. Is this a result of China winding down its refilling of its SPR? Or what's going on here that caused this sudden string of 9, I think it is in a row, big builds on inventory? And are they going to continue?
