Facebook COO Cheryl Sandberg wrote to Ireland's government appointees thanking them for their support during her presidency of the EU. She also said they made enormous progress on data protection and tax reform, but there was still more work to be done. In an interview with CBS' "60 Minutes," Francis says she doesn't believe Facebook encourages bad content or does nothing to stop it; just fix it. The whistleblower claims she's trying to draw parallels between Facebook and tobacco companies to seek a similar level of regulation.
