The Importance of Muscle Confusion
When we repeat the same movement over and over, day after day, we can actually increase our risk for injury. There are a number of reasons why injury could happen. If you want to confuse your muscles, change the frequency of your workouts. Changing the frequency doesn't mean you have to increase how often you work out.
