I don't believe that numbers accurate I think it's more because data is really hard to get you know almost everything every study we look at is sketchy 50% of all studies end up not being reproducible so I wouldn't be surprised if it's higher but your estimates of 25% and 40% those seem crazy to me if it were 25% it's all you'd hear about right. There's something tells me it's under 10%. If it's under 5 that looks to me like personal choice I did a surgery for.
