I don't like to go places that are super high cost of living. Eastern Europe is where it's at. I'd live in Riga, Vilnius or Budapest because you get a very high quality of life for a very reasonable cost ofliving. If you're a poor country and you've got some money, you don't even have to flaunt it. It's just obvious if you're a foreigner in that country, you have more money than locals. You're typically looked at as a financial target. That's not a comfortable feeling.
