The beginning of infinity is a fantastic book, ar ow, many everyone should get it. So in the fabric of reality, chapter ten, page 222, at the very beginni of the chapter, david writes that he has referred freely to abstractions such as numbers and infinite sets of computer programms. It is obvious that number, the laws of physics and so on do exist in some senses and not in others. The substantive question is this, how are we to understand such entities? I am not interested here in issues of mere word usage. iam going to skip forward to the parts that i find relevant to chapter five. And by kick back, that would mean reacts in such way
