You have to be very aware of the stair wells right outside your business, because that's where the employees kind of congregate to talk about you. The employee disease is very contagious. So you have to really manage your employees very well yet. Do you think thereis some sort of kind of nature or nurture when it comes to this? It's both. Cause you could avoid people who just put on a good interview, but they're actually really bad at follow through and responsibilites.
