USAID's Top Priority Is to Respond to the Syrian Crisis
Sarah Charles, assistant to the administrator of USAID's Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance. More than 160 personnel on the ground looking for survivors in the rubble. We've just announced $85 million in additional assistance to respond both to the earthquake impacts in Turkey but also on the Syrian side where it's been much harder to get assistance in.
