Roxanne Jones: It's very easy to judge from the crowd, it's much harder to be in the arena and actually do the work. Comparing yourself is not what makes you a better body builder, she says. Do more reps, or focusing on a new type of exercise that maybe you've neglected in the past - these are things that drive better results. But we often confuse it with being associated with the work or motivating the work.
