The Counter-Revolution of Franco

Franco was granted supreme military and political patrol by the other counter-revolutionary generals. The nationalists, in the areas they controlled, deliberately implemented a counter-revolution to end leftist and liberal domination. They embraced a cultural and spiritual, neo-traditionalism without precedent in recent European history. Despite the Afar Superior Organization, though the Republicans improved theirs over time, the nationalists were inferior to the Republicans in domestic propaganda. Their idea of propaganda was to broadcast, caleric and threatening radio addresses into towns they were attacking.
