How Do You Build the Culture in Your Startup?

The idea is that if you make a mistake most of the time you just ignore it instead of actually sitting down and retrospecting about, okay, where did I make the mistake? You will never move to the next phase of life if you keep doing the same thing. So that's one philosophy. Something which I learned very unique from one of my mentors and he said, treat people the way you want to be treated, right? Whenever I'm building a business and especially when I was building stock growth, the whole idea of how do you build the culture of a business wasn't working. We had to throw almost all of these concepts out of the window.
