The wall street journal found 131 different federal judges participated in 685 cases rigts o multiple violations, on average, five on average for each judge. The bill would quire federal judges, but not supreme court justices, to disclose stock sale and purchases of more than one thousand dollars above the deminimous level within forty five days of the transaction.
