When i went through the process of abermelon, it was six months without any drugs. It's about getting your yourself in a cool state spiritually. You want to be very, like, calm and cool and almost kind of bored. And then so that it the final process, the final seven days after the six months of purification. You're in a cool place to have the holy guardian angel bonded to your crown. The holy guardian angel then guides you on the path towards your true will.
