Do Leaders Have Checks and Balances?
Power corrupts, it's just bad. It often makes people behave in ways that they wouldn't behave if they didn't have the power. One of the things trier and i talk a lot about is creating organizations with checks and balances. And then the other thing that i recommend that leaders do is they they need to begin quantify their bias and the bias in their organization.
