Is There a Culture That Makes You More Effective?
Uber's Deep Collective was probably one of the best kind of cultures that I have experience in, could imagine exist. No matter who you are, there's no like sense of seniority or they had me in meetings and I wasn't even on their team. They had other people from other teams at Uber as well. It was very welcoming and that made it feel easy to ask really stupid questions.
