The Hard End Point to Dialysis

There is a lot of evidence to say that volume overload leads to poor outcomes, but we don't have anything that really says, well, if we do dialysis almost like preemptively to help control that, right? So it's hard to define what volume is on these studies. And so that's kind of a hole in the literature is volume up with a specific question of dialysis.
